It could of been those "dirty no good Russian"( /s) hackers that blocked the election hackers from changing the votes for Hillary, so she could actually be telling the truth. It has been stated in the past that some hacking entity stopped the election theft for Hillary. The reason she was sure she was going to win is because it was supposed to be fixed. Someone hacked the hackers and stopped the steal. Maybe it was the Russians. Maybe she is telling a half-truth. The best lies are ones that are based in truth. This is supposedly the reason why they pulled every single election cheat in the playbook for 2020 and it became glaringly obvious because they didn't want to risk getting blocked again.
