Yeah dude the Ukrainian border guards were asking if we had extra gear for them, unreal how close they're taking it
Yeah man I had been mortared before and thought that was pretty gnarly because it's out of your control ya know, but being absolutely defenseless and in the open with three aircraft just shitting all over you with such heavy ordinance was a whole new level of helplessness
... but ultimately they're manning frontline positions that are going to get hammered with artillery and airstrikes, buried under rubble and your family never gets your body. . That's when alot of guys say yeah this isn't our fight, not like this.
And some pretty redpilled comments:
how the fuck did you not expect something like this
Funny TV man told me Russia was losing.
Do you mean that the US establishment would go on TV and just tell lies?
NATO is the best to crush defenseless countries like bugs to show who's the boss.
So you went to this war thinking you were gonna pick on some farmers and goat herders like in iraq and afghanistan with full might of the american airpower but ran back as soon as you ended up in the shoes of those brown insurgents
Only people who have never been at war could think that the Russians are simply leaving tanks behind for farmers to collect.
There are a few reasons to abandon a tank in a field, but the most common, and by far the most likely reason is because it no longer fucking works! If that potato farmer doesn't happen to have a tracked vehicle garage with all of the necessary thousands of dollars worth of tools, then that tank isn't going anywhere.
