Devil's advocate: high precision strike?
I don't know what to make of it, but allow me to play devil's advocate. The trees didn't move because they don't have any leaves to "catch" the pressure wave...it simply moved right past them. There is, however, a pressure wave consistent with the explosion on the CCTV camera recording the event, as well as the buildings across the street.
So you are trying to tell me that the trees dont move when the wind blows in the winter?
Reminder: I was playing devil's advocate. And yes, smaller trees with sturdy, upright branches require very heavy, sustained winds to sway without their leaves. A quick shockwave would not impact them noticeably.
I appreciate the devils advocate but I’m looking at a small sturdy tree with no leaves and just a small breeze is moving this thing.
You mean out your window? Is it a willow or poplar, or is it an oak? Different trees have different densities to their wood.
Lol it’s in front of a restaurant. Probably a 4-5 in diameter post oak or some other oak.
Again...this is devil's advocate...but a breeze has stored energy behind it released over a period of time, and would cause objects to behave quite differently than an instantaneous shockwave that lasts a fraction of a second. Also, shockwaves can be "shaped" to a degree, sending more energy in one direction than another.
The thing that makes this video "interesting" is the movement of the camera, with the trees between it and the explosion. That would seem to support the conclusion of an actual minor shockwave. Perhaps the wave hit a wall of buildings and traveled along that wall with more impact than freestanding trees nearby, similar to what waves in a pond might do when they hit a concrete wall.
There is also the phenomenon of inertial confinement. The shockwave would travel at the speed of sound times the Mach number of the wave. It could transit a small branch faster than the branch would have time to react. But generally, even small branches should have enough drag to be shaken (at least) by a shockwave.
Or, the explosion wasn't really a detonation, but a deflagration (combustion cloud). Deflagrations produce a spectacle but a much lower pressure signature. Movie explosions are mostly of this kind: big blast of flame. As opposed to the dynamite-the-safe-in-the-mail-car scene from "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid," which was one of the most realistic explosions I have seen on film (still fake, but more like the real thing).
Looking at the video again it looks like the top right branch that comes across the screen does swing a little but still it’s fishy to me.

The trees do move, but only slightly. These trees don't have enough leaves to catch significant wind from a blast wave.
Does anyone have a non babylonian source for this video? If so, you will clearly see that this was a car bomb not a missile. I can't pause it at the moment of explosion because the jesuits are blocking it with fake news tiles.
