Eliminating Fauci's position does nothing.

The CDC has the same (or more) power... and they abuse it still.

This is no guarantee they'd even have to get rid of Fauci. Sure, the position is removed, but doesn't stipulate that Fauci would be fired does it? Otherwise, they'd just have him work in a new job position after the last one was eliminated.
