I would like to agree with you but I'm far more jaded. I don't think 95% of the American people know what that even means. well over 50% of our tribe are too stupid to ever understand, no matter how you explain it to them, or how often. Evidence: after two years of propaganda and hyperbole, the lemmings are falling for it all over again.
