Does it make ANY sense for a "world's best sniper" to publicly announce his arrival in multiple newspapers, have his name AND picture revealed and disclose where he'll be deployed? I know he's a lib, but noone is THAT retarded, particularly a good sniper.

I have a theory it may be comms from Canadian intelligence. Canadian intelligence doesn't have anything to offer Ukraine but SIGINT, and here they announce they are sending a computer programmer named Wall-E (lol, come on!) I think the message is that Canada is stepping into the picture after the US curtailed its intelligence sharing with Ukraine.

Now what does his death indicate? I don't know. What do you think?
