Is there a reason why the mercs that wanted to flee did not just shoot their Azov commissars, especially when they still have their AKs and their limited ammo?
They might have been able to take down a couple but they would have been hunted down. I am sure even in the dwindling Uki army there are still a lot of neo-nazi soldiers.
