The answer is probably nothing honestly. Why would the cabal have significant assets being held in Russia when Russia is opposed and actively fighting against the DS. Also, as far as financial investing and such, there are many other nations and financial systems that would make these people more money more quickly and probably more safely. Sanctions such as these can also be just symbolic when such people don't have any assets or money in the country. But it really wouldn't make sense for the DS to have huge assets in Russia when it'd be a dangerous place for them to hold such assets. If anything, it would just be like an operational budget of some kind that they'd expect to possibly lose.
