Why doesn't some agency do a surprise drug & alcohol test of everyone in Congress. Just walk in, lock the doors and announce an immediate, mandatory drug & alcohol test of each lawmaker.
We'd quickly discover that at least 10 out of 530 +/- congressmen are working while drunk, over 0.1 blood alcohol level. We'd also find congressmen who are high on drugs while working.
IMHO I don't think she's drunk here. I think her Dementia is exacerbated from stress and that's why she speaks in chopped up thoughts and sentences. My Mom had Dementia and this is exactly how she sounded when upset or stressed
