Hells bells, I forgotten all about that one, good memory. There's a great book in late 90s early 2000s called "the deadly feast" about "spongeaform encephalopathy" ie. Mad Cow / Kouroo, New Zealand laughing disease, the destructive nature of preion proteins, if you're in to that kinda stuff. It's well written, well researched, well resourced and absolutely fucking frightening.
