Putin has always seemed pragmatic to me. If you can find some of his press conferences on ISIS and Syria, he calls out the truth about the west; ie. the stuff we already know here.

I'd vote for him over anyone in the world except maybe Trump. Bosi (Australia) seems cool too. It's a very short list for me personally.
