I smell a rat. NH is Biden's backyard. It's not as "free" as people think. It's a [DS] housing market, for crying out loud. There's no way this is without [their] influence.
I would look to see exactly what's in that bill, and where NH is going to source it from.
The Biden Crime Family never let's an opportunity like this go to waste.
Edit: FL and TX are currently the freest States in the Union and neither has moved to make Ivermectin "OTC" yet. And really, because of the FDA, it isn't possible without Federal approval. I'm telling y'all, something stinks here.
FDA's regulatory powers govern interstate distribution of drugs. State formularies can do as they choose to do within a State. That is how medical marijuana is allowed in many States and not subject to Federal Laws and FDA unless someone tries to ferry it over state lines.
NH can authorize tableters or capsule fillers at local compounding pharmacies to make ivermectin available to patients and healthy individuals inside of the State of NH without a prescription being required from a licensed medical practitioner.
