Nine further "intelligence" officials colluded with those listed above but decided to remain anonymous
Consider this. By using their Titles as evidenced of their authority and inferring 'knowledge', 'sources', and 'expertise', would their statements of Biden's laptop being a "Russian plot" make them liable to civil lawsuit and/or criminal charges.
Read how they cleverly wrote the letter that Politico was first to report.
“We want to emphasize that we do not know if the emails, provided to the New York Post by President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, are genuine or not and that we do not have evidence of Russian involvement — just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case,” the letter, released Monday, states.
Is using authority a means to influence? Wasn't this the the entire purpose was to influence. Is this a form of fraud.... that is, bearing false witness?
Fraud -- Fraud consists of some deceitful practice or willful device, resorted to with intent to deprive another of his right, or in some manner to do him an injury. As distinguishedfrom negligence, it is always positive, intentional. [Maher v. Hibernia Ins. Co.,67 N. Y. 292; Alexander v. Church, 53 Conn. 501, 4 Atl. 103; Studer v. Bleistein. 115 N.Y. 31G, 22 X. E. 243, 7 L. R. A. 702; Moore v. Crawford, 130 U. S. 122, 9 Sup. Ct. 447,32 L. Ed. 878; Fechheimer v. Baum (C. C.) 37 Fed. 167; U. S. v. Beach (D. C.) 71 Fed.160; Gardner v. Ileartt, 3 Denio (N. Y.) 232; Monroe Mercantile Co. v. Arnold, 108 Ga. 449, 34 S. E. 176.]
Were we deprived of our right? Yes. The over 50 former intelligence officers most certainly did influence the public in believing their assessment [that] it was a Russian plot. Consequently, we as the people were denied equal rights under the law when these 50 former intelligence officers misled us and protected Hunter Biden from being prosecuted for pedophilia. Not only did they mislead the public, but Congress and other officials were influenced and misled by this letter as well.
I'm sure there are other Civil and criminal liabilities to each signatory of this letter as well. There must be consequences to this orchestrated letter. It's intent was to influence by deception to protect Hunter Biden and the presidential campaign of his father. We the people were harmed by the fraud.
