If you are saying that Daszak might be involved in developing biological weapons in Ukraine, and then deploying those weapons, yes, that is worth looking into. That is action, surely criminal. If you are saying that those biolabs are funded illicitly by Ukrainian corrupt people in collusion with American corrupt people, then that is money changing hands, actual action, and possibly criminal. Also worth looking into.
