Being evil is a choice , not a genetic designation.
Even in the Bible, people from notoriously Bad bloodlines, served God’s will and benefited humanity greatly.
In the end, free will is a thing for everyone so it all comes down to a choice.

the defining feature that unites their bad behavior is a subset of Jewish people (by faith, descent, or self identification -- ??)
It's the choice to belong that makes the difference.
