That's a 60MM mortar round with a contact fuse. Dude driving the truck is lucky AF. The fins stopped the fuse from making contact. Don't mess with it, one wrong move. That PU ain't worth saving anyway.
Looks like an 81mm HE round. That’s kinda hilarious. I remember looking at mortar rounds on the gov center in Ramadi that didn’t go off. They’d look like dead fish hahaha
