It began and was orchestrated in Racine.
The Mason Lab with Fauci’s Cornell University based in Finger Lakes where Biden spoke the same year the largest donation in history came from Racine was a key experimental program used to control the primary and pivot from COVID to the general election in November.
They had to get the mayor and DA in place years in advance. They used Racine as the avenue to rig the election process and get the other 4 main Wisconsin districts on board. They copied this model in other swing states.
Anna Makanju led community organizing in Racine many years before as a key operative for Soros. The main program was Yes We Can Racine. This is directly related to the same groups including the mayor who rigged the billion dollar referendum with Joe Biden’s highly unusual move in the April 2020 primary.
This is a long-term plan.
Racine is the Root, gateway and model for their entire Agenda.
