Right with you. I left my position 2 months before a planned retirement because I tried to warn a patient about the dangers of the Covid shot and got called into my manager’s office. I refused to back down or sit down with them. Instead I told them I would not be silenced nor bend to the hospital mandate to take the Covid and flu shots. I gave them my letter of resignation effective immediately.
My daughter too. Ironically a nurse got hired by a big company to run their nursing homes. She hired all the base nurses away from the hospital including my daughter. She is a manager making double her hospital pay.
I am not a hero. I truly enjoyed what I did full time-helping mother’s and infants. But little did I know early in the course of my career that the hospitals, doctors, vaccines were one big lie. I also worked in another position as needed-skilled/rehab. We were told to offer pain medications every 4 hours in both ares, to make recovery easier. I also bought into hospice care, with a family member. I feel many regrets now for my blind trust in all areas. I would no longer survive 1 week in the hospital setting because my eyes are open to the reality and I could not remain silent in terms of formula companies, pain medications, and vaccines=Big Pharma. Hospice care is equivalent to Euthanasia. It is all a money racket for Big Pharma, Hospitals and Doctors. I would not advise anyone to go into nursing or medicine in the state it is in now. Anyone can be caught up in a ton of legal trouble, and the worker bee will always be the fall guy.

I think a lot of men went into nursing because it was a steady, guaranteed job. You could always make extra money if willing to put in the overtime. Now, as we have seen, hospitals attach demands you turn your body and soul over to them. That works, if that is all you care about. Male nurses frequently received the high positions because they were all about position and money, where females were about caring for the emotional aspect too. Patients weren’t just a commodity. The male perspective was the preferred model: time and efficiency=$.
It would take me to long to go through everything wrong with what they put on that website so I will do my best to summaries:
Last time I checked, the # or patients in hospital with an unknown vaccination status was 30% in both categories (you can calculate this yourself by comparing the difference between all the patients in the pie charts per the link above with how many there are total at https://covid-19.ontario.ca/data/hospitalizations). When they were tracking "COVID-19 cases by vaccination status" (can be seen an archive example https://web.archive.org/web/20220208095513/https://covid-19.ontario.ca/data) the % of people on the street they didn't have status for was around 3 %. So they are claiming they knew more about the vaccine status of random people coming into to get tested than the people in hospital. Not a believable lie. Likely they moved fully vaccinated people into the status unknown category to get the results on the pie charts they wanted.
They used to track total number of people infected in the "COVID-19 cases by vaccination status" area (gone now, see archive link in the point above). They switched to the per 100,000k statistic. If you manipulate how many people you think are vaccinated and not vaccinated, you can manipulate the per 100,000k number. The raw numbers of people where however still available, but were no longer the default setting. Still, you could at least still see them.
When even the "COVID-19 cases by vaccination status" statistic per 100,000k stopped suiting them, they eliminated it in favour of the "Deaths involving COVID-19 by vaccination status" you can find on the website now. However, in order to make sure you can't even tell how cooked that graph is, it has the following characteristics:
The lumped the partially vaccinated with the unvaccinated so you can't parse that out. Also, if you get both shots but develop COVID like symptoms within 14 days, you fall into this category. This almost certainly includes symptoms from having gotten the vaccine.
They eliminated the pesky raw numbers (# of people who died) so now all you can see is their rate number. When they were still tracking case counts, you could still see the raw number of people if you selected it on the graph. That is gone.
They no longer tell you how many people they determined to have their vaccine status unknown. If too many vaccinated or boosted people are dropping dead, you better bet their status will magically change to that category and no way to tell.
And even with all that manipulation, the fully vaccinated and boosted graphs follow each other in lock step. They're basically showing the booster seems to do nothing when they officially claim it protects people and everyone should get the booster.
If you want to see more fun statics from this website. apparently over 1/2 the people flagged as having COVID in hospital were admitted for something unrelated (scroll down here for that number: https://covid-19.ontario.ca/data/hospitalizations). This shouldn't be a surprise. They test everyone coming in with the false positive heavy PCR test. They are almost certainly getting false positives left right and center. This drops off a bit in ICU likely because most of the time, someone transitions from a regular hospital stay to ICU after which they have already tested them for COVID and if they tested positive, I bet 100% of the time, that will be given as the reason even if it isn't.
I will end with a story. A woman had to get a bypass in hospital. She was not vaccinated but a diabetic. She had never had any COVID symptoms nor had any of her family. Doctor told her that her clogged artery was due to COVID even though there was no evidence she had ever had it. So they look to be cooking the statistics at ground level as well. The whole system in Ontario is so corrupt, it's almost difficult to imagine.
The science Council in Ontario who cooks up all these systems is run by national groups and mostly people who never bothered to get Canadian citizenship since they are going to skip out once the trials start appearing on the horizon.
