Zelenksy is using comedy to normalise the evil stuff and make people who were already neo-nazis in their heart to do it openly. This is much like Stephen Colbert or any of the other comedians in the West who have been doing the same - pushing a bad agenda and normalising it by making innocuous jokes with plausible deniability.
