I just finished reading a book that touched on that subject. There was a time when it was normal to live a thousand years of good health and mental acuity, until our overlords realized we make better slaves when we're weak and die faster. Nothing would surprise me anymore.

Hmmmmmmmm. Plant a tree? Take money OUT of retirement? Be more pissed off about govt borrowing against my grandchildren’s income?

I have wondered if the Pandora's box story was about the first discovery of mRNA. The hope being that it would never be discovered again.
