Thank you, that is the plan. Focus on what I have, and what I can do for my property and myself. Going to quit smoking after this weekend and start getting back into martial arts. Got a my 2nd degreel black belt way back when I was 18. I always still kinda stayed with it, but the last 10 years, life just got to busy.
