Hard to ignore the fact Igor Kolomoisky funded his rise to the top, the 1.3 billion in off shore accounts and the 15 million mansion in Miami.
billionaires can be fooled too. Or maybe billionaires can be threatened or given a chance to protect their hard stolen money. Zelensky being an actor and gay, would certainly make them drop their guard as to his loyalties. But another thing to consider is that zelensky is doing this against his will. There are so many people comrpomised and facing death sentences that deals could be made. Who would have thought that Peter Thiel (gay billionaire) would support Trump. Even Elon Musk (who may be bad but compromised) has gone against the cabal on many occasions.

So, obviously let's not ignore it. Instead, let's try to understand it, but from multiple perspectives and not via a simple knee-jerk assessment. More digging is required.
E.g. what if Z is a double agent? Someone who plays like he's on THEIR side, but is actually on NOT THEIR side?
Personally I don’t believe that anyone in another country should be able to own any land or home outside their own country and I find the dual citizenship and immunity crap highly questionable
