I'm not so sure. In the Hunter photo, it looks like the tattoo on her back matches the design on her left bicep (diamond pattern). We could assume it's a henna tattoo in the Hunter photo however, in the other two photos we have her in two different dresses with identical tattoos.

I remember Courtney Love in her 5 mins of Oscar type game said we all go to secret parties and fuck each other- playing it off like that would just be outrageous. I think it was the truth.
