Has anyone else been more allergic since having the coof? My daughter's teacher said her son can't have apples and nectarines since he's had Cov 12/2020.... my husband has had no increase in sensitivities.
Go for a 3-5 mile run and your nose will open up like crazy, also quit using smell good stuff of all kinds in laundry, glade plugs, etc.. Also change your air filter, problem solved
Honestly did all the lifestyle modification stuff, did not help. It's been a difficult year. This is the ONLY thing that has improved my condition. Obviously fresh air helped give a little relief but not a cure-all whatsoever.
Coof is some weird shit bio weapon…. I’m in good shape and it kicked my ass for 2 weeks. The one thing that has helped most is vigorously exercising. To where you sweat and are puffing hard for breath. For a good 30-60 mins. Every other day at least. I noticed improvement immediately
No allergy issue though. But it’s certainly not extraordinary to think it can happen.
Thanks so much and glad you recovered. I've been staying active trying to get my body strong since having kiddos, the other day I dug out a big stump from the yard, lol, and it was very satisfying. 😆
Just wondering if it started after you may have had the coof? Would recommend trying this regimen and see if it helps. I noticed an improvement within first 24 hrs. Best to you!
Maybe. We think we maybe had covid in January of 2020. My allergies have been really bad since then. And then this past January we had it for sure as my spouse tested positive as she’s in healthcare and we all had the same symptoms. And since around then my damn nose has been running and coughing cause the snot tries to drip.
Honestly give at least the NAC a whirl, see if it clears you out. I'm doing 500mg 2xday. I haven't been this clear in a long time. It started working within first 24hrs

Fuck! My sinus have been crazy for a year or more as well. Like the worst allergies ever.
