Thanks, that's a hot tip. I can walk to a nice health food store but have to not be lazy. Now the weather is better here. I forgot to add that the adaptogens ashwaganda and C60 are super antioxidant also which appears to enhance and add to the immune system repair and calming, and the chronic pain and stiffness is all gone. Can't recommend those two enough also.
