The Brits are most likely to set off a dirty bomb as they have a lot to hide. Remember the Skripals? And it's a Rothschild den. Johnson has just commandeered P&O ferries to transport something which needed specially trained crew members.

Certainly their help with spying on Trump means they have a lot to loose! I did read a similar theory that it may be the UK that get's one first!!
