New prison facilities built and renovated in Australia over the last 2 years have many cells completely sealed. This info from a first hand account- My son has been working on some of these construction projects.
I saw a video where the construction guy was showing pipes leading to the prisoner rooms (Covid Concentration Camps) in Australia. He was saying chemicals could be sent to the prisoners via the pipes. He was thinking of chemicals to make the prisoners more relaxed. But you could send anything.
Ah yes, I forgot about that! Also, I recently found out that the vast majority of prisons here are owned/maintained by Serco. Including Australia’s new and largest one at Grafton that has a capacity of 1700 with iirc 200-300 solitary cells, all sealed. Interestingly this prison opened nearly 2 years ago and has very few inmates so far. https://www.nsw.gov.au/news/australias-largest-prison-opens-grafton
