Is this a photoshop? I think it’s a hurricane missile? Who has these types of missiles Russia or Ukraine?

Eh, I'm not convinced about that.
The missile didn't explode, so it basically just worked as a huge spear falling from the sky.
The ceiling looks like it's made out of drywall or plaster.
So imagine you stretched out a piece of paper over the floor, then dropping a heavy screwdriver on it from above, point down. The hole would probably be pretty small, because the paper is thin and gives easily.
Hard to know anything for sure from a picture, but if that roof is as thin as it looks, then there wouldn't be a big hole. That only happens in buildings made of stronger material that is trying to hold together.
Weaker stuff just falls apart where it's touched by the missile and doesn't pull the ceiling down with it. That's why the fins left blade-like cuts behind.
That's my take on it. No idea what conclusion it supports, but I don't think a weak ceiling would be heavily damaged from a non-exploded missile.
But there was more roof above the drywall, either a roof or another story/apartment, anything. The plywood debris from a roof being punched through probably would have punctured the drywall as well
Not to mention regardless of that, you can see cups still in an upright position. The ceramic on the counter went through yet no signs of cr acks or any disturbances. The doors are still on properly. There's a trillion more things I can point out.
Of course you buy anything at face value.
I don’t know what about that close look and explanation I just posted implies taking this at face value.
Of course it could be fake. Of course it could be photoshopped. But I can’t find evidence of that yet, and I don’t think the hole appearing smaller than you expect is that evidence.
For the reasons I articulated.
