What is the difference between DWAC and DWACW?
DWAC is a share of the stock. DWACW is a warrant, which is a like a voucher. After the merger, you can exercise each warrant into a share for $11 each. The only problem is you'll end up paying income tax on any earnings instead of capital gains tax, which is a higher tax rate. But overall you come out ahead.
After the merger ... can you expand a bit more on that part.
TMTG will merge with DWAC then warrants can be exercised, I think.
Correct.
Thank you. Might be a dumb question but how do we know when a merger happens? Is it something they just announce when it happens (or is going to happen)?
