My Floridian daughter recently was denied an Uber for not wearing a mask. Her ride was canceled, and she was charged. The driver reported her, and she received this email telling her to take a photo in a mask to be allowed to ride. She called a Lyft instead.

if you call a cab but don't get in when it gets there you do not pay..this seems like a good time to review the uber terms of service and put out feelers for a class action. On the face of the issue it appears to be theft.
Call your cedit card company and challenge the charge
