I don't think they should be allowed to surrender. Kill every last one of them, and hunt down those that manage to slip out for the next several decades.

I don't think they're allowed to surrender. My understanding is that only the Ukrainian non Nazi soldiers are given the offer, but they're also told by zelenskyi that they're not allowed to surrender anyway.
