I am also pondering the laboratory/hazardous connection, for obvious reasons.

Then there is the odd reference to Jan Mayen. Odd, because it is supposedly talking about a different, unrelated asteroid. If searched, the first result is an ebay one, ok. The second result directs to https://www.cia.gov/the-world-factbook/countries/jan-mayen/... CIA?
