The Octagon Group are said to be based under Lake Geneva, That is a level of globalist very close to the top of the dung heap.

It's their global Command Centre.

Sounds like it. There's supposedly a worldwide underground DS network of tunnels, high-tech means of transportation, DUMBs and other facilities. NOTHING the DS/cabal/globalusts do is surprising.
