Agreed.

Well, if you are capable of STANDING YOUR GROUND, and understanding you are only a MAN, and are capable of dodging and dashing the trickery of the judge, you could hold a common law proceeding yourself, and further, avoid a commercial legal proceeding. But you gotta know the trickery, inside and out. You don't learn it over night. We've been so brainwashed. It takes time to unwind.

The essence of the learning is understanding you are not any other title than a man - not an individual, human being, defendant, plaintiff, affiant, litigant, resident, citizen, taxpayer, and on and on. You do not "LIVE IN" "The United States of America", nor are you "RESIDENT OF" "The State of Florida", nor "The City of Miami", etc. Residents are corporate employees/dependents of the City/State/Country Corporation, so deceptively named.

But above all else, you have to be HONORABLE in front of that judge. If you're not, and can't hold your ground against him/her, it doesn't matter how much you know, how right you are, how many facts are on your side. Within their maritime system, honor trumps truth and facts. Such is the way it is.

If I had a nickel for every person I've watched go toe-to-toe with a judge and act like a D*$KH*#D, I'd be a rich man. They fail every time. They whine, groan and complain, demonstrating they consider themselves SUBORDINATE to the judge. It's like a dog smelling fear on a human - same thing.

You've got to stand up with a smile on your face, a pleasant demeanor in your actions and a firm grasp of the relationship between the KING (You) and the REFEREE (judge). No man STANDS ABOVE another. Which is why you can never agree that you "UNDER-STAND" the judge.
