It's a jury trial. His stated demand begins at 24 million. But clearly reputational damage is more. Could he say "I don't want money from you, CNN. I just want Maddow & co. to take the same time and timeslots she used to bash me and allocate it to tell the truth instead. Here's the script." Will other networks and people rush to settle early, in order to get better deals? I'm sure he'll get paid. But I'm looking forward to what else might come out of this. What do fellow anons think? Forced on-air apologies? Or just money and vindication? Or something else?
