The tweet is two years old. But with President Trump’s civil suit and quite possibly the Russian military operation in Ukraine, it is relevant again. Also, based on other comments, Rudy’s materials made their way to Durham.

Not totally related to the Trump filing, it also reminds me of a question Bannon asked Rudy several times right after the election. Could you build a RICO case against the Biden’s? Rudy said yes every time he was asked. Maybe he did?
