Because it’s already been done. How else then can someone know how huge something will be in the future? If it’s that huge and truly Biblical…then yes that’s a large reason to conceal it all until time / place / and the way it’s released to everyone, as to not have Chicken Little run around. I do think since of course they’re showing old combat footage for Ukraine, they’ll show old footage of people already paying for the crimes, and the ones that suddenly change over night? Better be knowing that they worked on that day and night to cast. Happens daily around the world. “It’s going to be” not “I could possibly be”.

It’s Biblical because behind the person or Quantum AI creating the Game Theory Q-Drops, is someone we’ve all been waiting for. Ask yourself deeply; how did Q learn 5-6 years of perfect future Intel to formulate 4954 coded drops? How? It’s not like anybody in the Intel community owns a flux capacitor and nuclear powered Delorean! So how did Q know? My theory, Christ.
This has been in the back of my mind since day one. Another angle, it's something to do with the Bible Code (Equidistant Letter Sequences) that were possibly run through a quantum AI and that is how "Q" got the information.

It’s not AI. Quantum computing does not improve the performance of AI.
Whatever the truth is, it’s way better than such a dumb ass explanation.
AI is at best a guessing engine. It is high school calculus. The math behind it is fascinating but at the end of the day, dumb. It mimics intelligence but it is not intelligent. It is not sentient.
Give God some credit, we’re not smart enough to create sentient life without stealing from his work.
It’s what is on the other side of the Quantum AI. You do know one computer must be tied or blue-toothed to another to have any back-forth info/communication. They don’t just magically suck info from the air by themselves. Another system and person usually must feed the data. Or something wonderful is feeding it through the air blue-tooth or the cables. And whom ever is providing Q the info is doing it so we can understand or relate to it. And I am giving God credit. I said Christ. Why? This:

Read up a bit on how neural networks work and how they are coded. The math could be done on a spreadsheet even. There is no life, no intelligence.
Quantum AI is just propaganda talk, just like QAnon is. It's meant to make you think it's something really special. It isn't, in fact it's unlikely neural nets will see much use on quantum computers because it's not the right kind of math for a quantum computer. A neural net is a linear path where a known input is put in and a bunch of math works its way forward. A quantum computer tests a number of different possibilities at once. There would be no benefit for linear math.
We're not talking about communication, we're talking about artificial intelligence. The AI part of your theory doesn't hold water, the math simply doesn't work that way.
How the data is being transmitted across time, I have no idea. I personally am open to the idea of either time travel, looking through time, or some form of esp when it comes to how the data is transmitted across time. There is something very interesting at play there.
My main point is, that after learning about AI, how they're written and writing a simple neural net myself, I understand why it can never be sentient and how a quantum computer will not make it faster or more powerful.
