It confirms he was seed funding Metabiota Metabiota were operating out of Rosemont offices (they discussed subletting) In-q-tel were interested in financing (cia front) ronsemont peeps know the in-q-tel founder

the above is confirmed.

SPECULATION: my suspicion - rosemont is a cia front, metabiota is a cia front, hence the interest from in-q-tel who used rosemont to get private equity into Metabiota which provides cover for the front, before in-q-tell come in to place some people, and rosemont help get the DOD contracts, so it all looks organic and hidden.
