Well intentioned or well timed. He is up for re-election his year.

TBF, he’s been a strong supporter of Trump. So hopefully well intentioned.

Darrell Issa has been pro-Trump lately because it's popular, but I remember when he was a never-Trumper. He thought Russians hacked the election in 2016 and he voted against Trump's tax cuts. Not to mention, he voted for the PATRIOT act twice. For now, I regard him as another RINO.
