The single serpent is the one based on the book of Numbers in the Bible - the rod Moses held up that if someone beheld they'd live from the snake bites. It was a typology explained by Jesus that set up the famous verse, John 3:16.
The two serpents is based off Roman mythology and has to do with commerce - ironic given the medical industry comprises 1/6 of our economy.
My guy, pictures of Jesus are evil! He commanded that there would be no graven images. This is because men will PAY other men for IDOLS!
Caduceus was a Symbol given by God to Moses to have the Jews stare at to stop venomous snakes from biting them after disobeying God. They lost the Faith and needed an IMAGE (IDOL) to fire it back up. So long as man is capable of hand crafting gods for profit we will have an issue on this planet.
There is some class element in there as well. And this isn't explicitly about the economy but does tie into the old law system of having to purchase a sacrifice if you did not keep your own animals. (Money exchangers in the Temple) It is more meant to keep people from wasting their energy on fake solutions, like a 2000 year old scam alert (we see this in islam as well they are real about it though)! I am aware that symbols are meant to help us understand and the symbol isn't my beef. It is the symbol being hoisted as this or that without the literal history. It is a huge smack to the face using a symbol given to moses to show the jews so that snakes would stop biting them to being used by sorcerers (bible says no about these people) to sell their pharmaceuticals. When the images are adopted for any purpose than they were created it confuses people, this is done on purpose. You quite literally do not need idols, they do not do anything but make money for whoever is selling them.
So they don't have your good health in mind?
The crucifix is an idol which makes it evil. When I repented of methodism, I threw all of mine away.
You have to understand that satan tries to corrupt what God has given us.
