I was born in the early 60s. I watched the so called women libbers whine about how women were being mistreated by society. I watched the women of my mother's generation fall for it, hook, line and sinker. They in turn forced it upon my generation.
We were indoctrinated in the belief that women had no value unless they earned their own money. That domestic duties were beneath them. We were encouraged to force our men to do those things that were not worth our time. We were told that being a stay at home mother HAD to leave their children for a CAREER.
I lived watching the distruction of so many families. Attitudes were massively changed about just about everything in our lives. Personally, i don't think it was for the better.
God gave each of us a gift and a cross. I believe that most women have the gift of domesticity. Not all, and that's fine. But don't we see that overall many women are having to sacrifice their gifts for the cross of a career. JMO
Once you get passed the feminist bs that they spout at you and manage to actually break them down they will tell you the honest truth that they are miserable. All feminists today I guarantee you are finding out when the eggs are dried up that they dont want to be "strong and independent" and really wish they could be mothers and wives. Case in point : Tomi Lahren. Makes a men are trash video cause shes been giving her body away to anyone who could give her more clout and now shes an angry single woman who dreams of nothing more than to be a wife.
as a 'whiney' hippie single parent i had to fight for equal pay n damn proud i did. yes i too heard all that rhetoric bout the stay at home mom's worth but i knew it was BS. thankfully, later i was able to be one of those stay home moms n reared 5 great kids
Thank you for taking time to share this. I really feel passionate about mothers being able to raise children and care for the family full time. I know I will probably get dinged with a poor grade because of my topic (you wouldn’t believe the stuff the colleges teach kids these days). I am in my mid 40’s and started college just before covid started. I imagine if I was their age I would fall for all the bs they are dishing out hook line and sinker. It’s funny, when you look back at parents, grandparents and all the changes you witnessed, they did it all for us, for a better future than what they had. If they only knew the destruction it caused.
we incentivize low iq women having children while telling smart women to go to college and work full time, almost like they're dumbing down the population on purpose
The bigger issue is the destruction of the family; taking parents out of the home is a subset of that. Research Lyndon Johnson's Great Society. Paying mother's in fatherless homes for having children they could not afford. Combine that with the Woman's Liberation Movement in the 60's and the destruction of the American family was off and running.
Say what! I will definitely research that! I am guessing that was the start of the current system we have today, where it pays more to be a single mom with kids. Thank you for pointing me to it.
It was women who gave government the power it currently holds. All for daddy gov freebies. Matter of fact we have too many men in prison that are from a single mother household because the boys didnt have a father in their life. Now if you look closely at every boy who is forced to mask up you'll see dead eyes and emasculation that will eventually lead to the boy exploding. Boys need strong masculine men to show them the path and unfortunately we're in a society that says women are the ones who define what masculinity and being a man is. It was women who offered the father as a blood sacrifice for free government benefits.
Use Rosie the Riveter. Use California's "first five" campaign for universal subsidized pre-K child care. Correlate to "Brave New World." Compare cost of living for a 4-person household over the years against per-person wages.
There are a million ways to spin it. Whatever you use, sharpen it to a fine point for the audience you want to read it. Edit a lot. Godspeed, blessings, and thanks for doing it!
And remember the propaganda that started (shortly after women were told they were unhappy and went to work) which stated that kids who started pre-school were smarter than those who didn’t. And the pre-school entry age got younger and younger (hence more time to indoctrinate and subvert). Their evil plan has been a long time coming.
Also (can’t remember exactly when or who atm) but there have been comments by DS-ers and talking head interviews about your kids not being your own, parents have no rights, kids will be tested in grade school and their future life/job will be decided via aptitude and channeled in that direction via govt schools, villages/the collective should share the children and all raise them together, etc.
When you are finished with your paper, I hope you post it for us. Looks very interesting.
i'm happy to report that none of my 5 kids did daycare. i didn't have a career but CHOSE to stay home. we did with less 'stuff'. all kids could read BEFORE kindergarten. now they r decent, productive adults. TG!
What a win! I have a semi decent adult, a pretty decent teenager and a 6 year old we are still waiting to see how that goes, LOL. I have stayed home more than I have worked (working temp jobs and such when money got tight. I do regret public education with my oldest two. Homeschooling the 6 year old it a blessing.
I heard something to that affect as well. A very sad reality. Kids not being our own has definitely emerged more and more… the book by Hillary, It Takes A Village To Raise A Child. I definitely don’t want to take parenting advice from her, but when that book was written it got rave reviews (knowing what I know now they were probably fake reviews, lol). I stand by raising a family takes 3 (God, a mother and a father)
starting maybe in the 1950s, tv ads tantalizing us to buy...buy....buy whether we needed it or not. had to keep up w the joneses ya know. so materialism gained a big foothold in the family at the same time 'god was dying'. credit became easily available making it ohhh so easy to get stuff we didn't really need. like a summer cabin, 2nd car, boats, jewelry, snowmobiles....u get the pic.
WANTS NOT NEEDS.
so, some women were happily off n running to earn that almighty $$$
Advertising and the never ending desire to have the newest and the best things instantly never crossed my mind. I will definitely include and oh… credit, how did I miss that one, thank you!
The destruction of the nuclear family started when Ronald Reagan signed No Fault Divorce. Now women were incentivized to ring collect and collect alimony while Lyndon Banes Johnson solidified its death by adding welfare to women's benefits. Which is why the vast majority of women will continue to vote Democrat because they want "free love" and to be "strong and independent" while popping out children from multiple different father's. And unfortunately whether you me or any man like it or not we are paying the alimony payment for that women's kids through our taxes.
Inflation would not be tolerated without consumer DEBT. Debt skyrocketed with easily obtained Credit, which was made possible by overcoming Usury Laws.
we'll skip over the Federal Reserve Act, Bretton-Woods, and the 1972 Petrodollar; they set a foundation I'm sure you're familiar with.
back when Elizabeth Warren was a professor and still a thinking person who hadn't sold her soul to the NWO, she did good research on the topic of inflation and women in the workforce. here's an interesting presentation from 2007, The Coming Collapse of the Middle Class,
cued up at 6:20 past the intro.
I was not familiar, but I’m fixing to be! Great stuff. I am gonna research every bit of this. It is for a summer semester class. I am in desktop pub I currently but next semester is my last and I really want to ho out with a bang, and make it a portfolio piece. So, I appreciate you taking the time to write.
Adults protect their children. So anyone wanting access to attack children has to decoy away or distract the protectors of the children in some way. Men were already working. So its not hard to bypass men during the 40 hrs a week that they are away. Which puts women in the crosshairs mainly. Cue the massive propaganda waves to try and get them to abandon marriages, or at least their homes for the office instead, and abandon homecooked meals for fast food, and go to daycare rather than looking after toddlers themselves in a local moms groups.
Alternatively convince parents to 'stand down' and let predators attack was something seemingly being done in parallel - the push for gay stuff everywhere all the time seems to have been the attack vector to try and get the protectors to be less vigilant. Why should people with sexual crime records against children ever be allowed to hold 'drag queen story hour' when parents are absent? 'the state' put armed sniper police on rooftops to try and kill parents dead if they tried to intervene on at least one instance of this... think how messed up that is.
And again, my mind is blown! I would have never thought about working women being away from the home (and unable to protect their children, BUT YOU ARE 💯 SPOT ON! And I just made a post about sexual crimes on children, I didn’t know until tonight that pedophilia was being mainstreamed and they prefer to be called “minor attracted people” (MAP). I have heard recently that teachers are asking kids to not say “my mom” or “my dad” and just refer to them by first name (arguing it’s because many kids live with grandparents or other family members, so it hurts their feelings). So much to consider than just what I brainstormed, thank you.

The job won't love you when you're 65. It makes no sense to sacrifice family for "career". Who will remember that "career"??
Exactly. I still have anger that I was forced to be a career women!
This is what they wanted. They cant complain now after years of emasculating men.
I agree a majority of women wanted to be outside the home, but I think if a woman answered honestly today the answer would be different.

What a blessing, and 5 kids, that’s awesome! I bet you are very loved by them!

Yes!!! I wish I had realized this on the level I do now, 30 years ago, boy would I live life different.

I agree completely, a very sad situation indeed!

Rosie The Riveter! A great place to start. Thank you for all the idea, this is exactly what I needed to get the process going.

Good job, mom. You are blessed.
We need to return to putting kids first and raising them as our most important priority.
What a win! I have a semi decent adult, a pretty decent teenager and a 6 year old we are still waiting to see how that goes, LOL. They won the fight when they gave a path to kicking the father out of the house
That is a fact!

Amen to that!
imo- this is but 1 part of this complex story.

yes, follow the VALUE of money.

How a Supreme Court ruling killed off usury laws for credit card rates. the 1978 Marquette v Omaha case.
