Well said! I used to really enjoy a YT channel...can't even remember the name any longer...but it was something like Pakistan Tribal Try, or something like that. They got these humble folks out of remote Pakistani villages to try American food, and it was absolutely awesome. My favorite was an older gentleman they'd get from some tiny village out of the mountains, and he hardly liked anything, but would always compare it to something similar they had in their village that was infinitely better. As a matter of fact, this fellow was far and above the most popular "taster" on the channel, and everyone always asked how he was doing if he didn't appear in a while. Another guy was very philosophical, and he would open his hands around the dish, and observe it and praise Allah, then proceed to give a detailed description of how it tasted to him. Wish I could find that channel again...
Thanks for the link. Actually, this channel was a second channel that came about trying to capitalize on the popularity of the channel I was talking about. I did some digging, and the channel I liked so much is called "Reactistan." I looked at their most recent videos, and they have a new crew of folks, although, happily, I see that Mustafa (the wonderful senior gentleman) is still with them. YT in their infinite wisdom changed the way my favorite channels were recommended about a year ago, and this channel was one of the casualties. If you go way back to the first Reactistan videos, they were absolute gold.
There was a spin-off channel giving a closer look at the philosophical guy I also mentioned, but I can't for the life of me remember his name. Very, very humble, and poor, but inspiring in his perspectives on life and generosity.
