The vice president is voted on. The parties decide the vice president to run, officially, but the Republican nominee is the one who chooses in practice. The vice president is on the same ticket as Trump, so they are voted on. The position is stated in the Constitution that the selection comes from the people. If the VP were to resign, Congress must vote on and approve the president's choice for the position before the vice president would have the constitutional authority as new vice president. There would need to be a pretty concrete example of how JFK Jr was able to constitutionally become the new president without them being voted into office or the nomination going through Congress. The Constitution is pretty strict on this.
All levels of our Government has been infiltrated by an enemy thus rendering it null and void because an enemy controls us. We are at war and under limited Martial Law. Q said the Military is the only way. Now should "our representatives" vote on that too?
fraud vitiates everything
It indeed does. The problem is our entire judicial system is compromised. So is our Federal Government. Our states governments. For that matter I think chief dog catcher is compromised!
If that's the case does that take away our right to bear arms that shall not be infringed? You can't just say the Constitution is null and void. Q has always said things have to occur the legal way, how do you introduce evidence, etc. It doesn't make sense that their plan would include the nullification of the Constitution.
My point is our enemy isn't playing by the rules. The President selects the VP.
