Really? I thought he was fluent - I know I've heard him speak it before. Maybe you're right though - it could be I just heard conversational stuff I dunno.

Something tells me the guy is highly fluent though - however, like Trump, it's possible that he wishes to let that fact slide.

Trump speaks like 8 languages or something but always used an interpreter...
