This topic is over my head BUT he does a pretty good job trying to explain one of the GREATEST Q proofs EVAH......those 175 million ip addresses that "went missing" and then later returned to the DOD

I skimmed it. I gathered that the good guys had to access the unused IPs, because....

  1. The unused IPs are vulnerable to getting hacked. 2. The analysts can view more of what is going on with this kind of ownership...the use of these IP addresses will provide more transparent.
  2. This huge amount of space can process more data. It improves internet abilities.

What else did I miss? I am peeking at this during my break at work.
(I can't help but look at Greatawakening.win several times a day.) I appreciate all of you.
