I know most would say that the Rothschild is top of the food chain. But is Soros really taking orders from them?

Soros seems to have the US gov purchased by himself. He seems to work from his own angle.

Yes. Soros has a chair at the Rothschild's Bilderberg Group.

They are all working together towards the New World Order / vaccine cull / Great Reset.
