Lol last year it was a quota for interviews. They got caught conducting bullshit interviews to fill that quota and are getting sued for it. So now this, some other bullshit measure that is sure to backfire. Everyone knows there will be a new fake coaching position added just to fill this new minority quota. Congrats to all the new offensive hydration coordinators
