if I see it, I'll send it

it was a basic housekeeping move to clean up old business. Was spread online as PFIZER STOPS TRADING but it was just to stop trading with dormant business. Pfizer still alive and apparently well.

Can confirm, it was an ordinary SEC filing of some sort. Was widely misinterpreted and blown extremely out of proportion. Much like the "OMG THE RUBLE IS BACKED BY GOLD" rumors swirling now.
