I think what has happened is, they have created this narrative that they are talking solely about gender, not sexual activity. It is a total cover for the push for pedophilia. Get this kids into these neo-genders so they ultimately get exposed to extreme sexual perversion at a young age opening them up to exploitation by real life "experimentation".
If a child can 'identify' as whatever they choose, then they can 'identify' as an adult - and ergo, give 'consent'...
