EVERYTHING is already saved, recorded, spied on, etc. There is NO safe haven. No VPN conceals your IP, you're still tracked. You can't be this stupid and be on this board unless you're shilling like a turbo faggot.

If 'you' have access to certain Tools - Vault 7 and such things - then yeah everything is already trapped.

But most people do not have access to those sorts of Tools, and a VPN does prevent all but the higher level hackers from following you. Can hillary 'see' me? Sure, but the local karen cannot. The local BLM terrorist cannot see me behind my VPN, but my double damned corrupt government can, yes, although they have to work some to resolve the data. Right now my VPN has the various programs tracking me for ads and such spoofed into thinking I am over 2000 miles away from my actual location for instance.
